  After receiving terrible customer service going in-person to Office Depot, I submitted an online quote request to Alphagraphics Millcreek and received a quick response. When I sent additional questions/adjustments, they were quick to respond and easily made the adjustments I asked for. The quote came out cheaper than Office Depot, the service was incredible, and the product came out beautifully. Highly recommend!!

  I've been coming to this Alphagraphics for years for both my business and personal printing, but I found out the hard way today when I went to pick up a print job that they charge a $5 minimum on digital orders. I just needed to print one page because my printer at home was malfunctioning, so I ended up paying $5.10 for one B/W page. I double checked when I got home and nowhere on the site does it say there will be a $5 minimum or else I would have opted to do self-serve. I understand that they may be short-staffed and thus would encourage self-serve for small orders, but they need to publish a heads-up for customers that this is the policy because I had no way of knowing until I was checking out.

  Oliver at the Millcreek store was awesome! He helped me multiple times with my wedding invite order, and he helped me with reprinting that order when I realized the text was hard to read on the paper I chose. I love the quality of the invites, and the value is great! I have since recommended this location to multiple people, and I will visit again for future printing needs.

  I made a second gmail account for the sole purpose of leaving this company and my salesperson, Alex, a review. I have had so many instances where I can't complete a job in the time-frame a client has requested and guess who always saves me? AlphaGraphics! Their prices are always the lowest, their customer service is always the best, (I'm looking at you, Alex) and the products are hands down better quality than any other company in Salt Lake. It's incredibly hard to find local and cost effective products, but time and time again, they do it. Alex helped me save money, he helped me pick products, he listened to me apologize for making his job harder, all with a smile on his face! Thank you so much, Alex! I appreciate all you and have done for me!

  Out of all of the Alpha Graphics I've worked with in the valley, this location is the absolute best! Brooke, specifically, is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and FAST! I can't recommend Brooke enough! I'd give her more stars, if I could! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
