- N7Nuusila 7Aug 3, 20261.0Ben is a rude grouch. I apologize if he’s autistic. He was rude to my 7 year old daughter for touching his toys under his computer screen. I told him sorry like 4 times n he kept on commenting about it. I told him get over it because I didn’t want to get upset and react dumbly. Idk what his problem was or he just gets annoyed by kids but I did not have a very good experience with him. N we were super nice to him . He has a bad attitude.

Package drop off receptacles inside don’t work half the time/are always full. This post office obviously covers way too big of an area. Feel bad for the poor staff. Herriman needs its own post office. It’s a city of 60k+ people.

- ASAnabela SilvaJul 24, 20261.0Worst experience at USPS ever. I had a package that was not delivery at my place and they left me a note to reschedule delivery. I did it and then they left me another note hand written saying that they don’t go to my door to delivery. When I asked the “lady” why do they accept this kind of delivery if they don’t really delivery and why do they let me reschedule a delivery if they are not delivering she was very upset answering me and also raised her voice. When I said “oh, ok then” she threw away the papers that she had on her hands and went inside to get my package. Always very unwelcoming and unprofessional.
- HAH AJul 20, 20265.0The employees do amazing job with what they have! Ie their QR code reader printer is literally worst piece of invention that Toshiba has made. Thankfully again the employees are resources and do their best. But again not very effective time management if they have to pull out stuck piece of paper every single time. Also this location in particular can get very busy as it serves Riverton, Herriman AND Bluffdale ! Anyway thank you to the post office workers who are always kind and helpful and are looking out for the customers.
