  This is a fantastic USPS location. I have had nothing but respectful, friendly, cheerful encounters with all the workers here. Even when I was frustrated about problems I have had, the staff here was patient and did everything they could to solve my problem in a kind manner. Once I accidently left something there, and they held it in their little lost and found for me! I frequent this location often due to my small business, and for the past almost five years it has consistently been a great place! Thank you so much!

  I have lived all over the United States over the past 13 years. 6 different states. I’ve been running the same business the entire time. I have never once in that entire 13 year span dealt with a post office as lazy as this one. I’d say out of the last 15 packages I’ve had delivered, 13 of them were delayed due to people at this location not wanting or feeling the need to do their job. If my package arrives at your post office at 5 PM and it’s not out for delivery the next day, you are lazy. You have a problem. 13 years and this is the ONLY post office in all 6 states I’ve lived in that does not do their job and does not care. Almost 100% of my deliveries get delayed. Every. Single. Time. This is the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of being stuck with

  I visited the post office this morning to drop off a package that was too large for the drop box. Normally, there is a half-door open with a bin available, but I was unable to reach it due to the size and weight of my package. When I went to place my package on the counter, I explained to the employee working that I couldn’t reach the bin. His response was that I “needed to throw it in the bin.” I explained again that I was unable to reach it and didn’t want to risk damaging my package by throwing it. He then told me to leave it on the counter and that he would throw it in himself. I expressed again that I did not want my package thrown, and he responded, “Well, that’s what we do here.” This interaction was frustrating and disappointing. I was simply trying to ensure my package was handled with care. I would appreciate more consideration and professionalism when customers express reasonable concerns about their items. Do better Riverton post office! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but it is 4/22/2026 @9am

  The guy thats there with the glasses always has something to give me a hard time about, so its always an inconvenience having him do anything for me. The girl thats usually at the front is always phenomenal and very helpful.

  Has to be the worst post office around. Scheduled a package pick up request and got a confirmation saying it was fulfilled. It wasn’t picked up. Filed a complaint and was told it would be picked up next day. Was told it was picked up. It wasn’t!
