- LSLeah sMar 31, 20261.0Communication was very limited throughout my experience. Unfortunately, Colton did not return multiple phone calls, and there seemed to be a tendency to place blame elsewhere when issues came up rather than taking responsibility. I’ve used this office twice. Once in December and again in March, and both experiences were frustrating. There appeared to be a lack of communication and coordination within the office, and it often felt like no one was fully aware of what was going on. Overall, the process was disorganized and disappointing. I hope improvements can be made in communication and accountability moving forward.
