  Communication was very limited throughout my experience. Unfortunately, Colton did not return multiple phone calls, and there seemed to be a tendency to place blame elsewhere when issues came up rather than taking responsibility. I’ve used this office twice. Once in December and again in March, and both experiences were frustrating. There appeared to be a lack of communication and coordination within the office, and it often felt like no one was fully aware of what was going on. Overall, the process was disorganized and disappointing. I hope improvements can be made in communication and accountability moving forward.

  I've used First American Title multiple times, personally and professionally. Stacey and the team are amazing! Once we were in a time crunch and they worked miracles to get things closed before the deadline. Not only that, but they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

  Very unsatisfied with this title company. As an agent I have worked with many Title Agents that pride themselves as industry professionals. It's always unfortunate and disheartening when you set expectations and communication is still dropped. Communication lacked, and very rarely were my TC and Admin contacted through our channels of communication as requested. resulting in a clerical error that might have been fixed with slight ease, but Stacey Busk and her team made it very clear that they had no desire to help or even seek out a solution. Rather they chose to spend their time playing the "It's not our fault game you never sent X, and we X". I would recommend you seek out someone else to trust in the management of your purchase or sale.
