- AYAubrey YoungJun 16, 20262.0Absolutely garbage customer service. They “returned to sender” a package that HAD the correct address they’ve delivered to before. Package was 13 days late because of them. Tried to get on the phone with them so I could just pick it up at the Provo facility myself and their AI REFUSED to connect me to an agent for about 10 minutes and stonewalled me and kept trying to hang up. I finally found a way to connect an agent which was super convoluted and they literally left me on hold for 40 minutes total 20 minutes past the time they closed (at that point I wanted to see what would happen) before the call disconnected on its own.

Expect that they didn’t lock the parcel box & our package must’ve been stolen (wedding season for us so we don’t have any info on the package nor know who it was from). Sad and frustrating. They need to fix the box so future packages aren’t stolen as well.
