You can give them a correct address and your package will end up in a completely different location. If there was lower than one star that's what I would rate this service. The Provo Utah location of the Post Office was the location that earned the initial review. The Eureka Utah location put the problem right with a little communication to other locations and my package was back on track and delivered to me within days. I simply can't thank the Eureka Utah location enough. Highly competent and great customer service. Location makes a difference.
