Went there to pick up a package that got redirected. I went in three times over two days to check if the package had come, and the manager remembered me and what I was looking for each consecutive time without me having to say anything. Very pleased with the manager.

Self help Amazon qr code returns are available in the door to the left, which includes free return label printing and free return plastic packaging.

They are always, efficient and helpful, the line moves very quickly. Jackie helped me with a very long Amazon return. She was cheerful, efficient, and knowledgeable.

We had to ship a couple of packages to Canada and Aiden was such a great help for us in being able to get them sent out in a timely manner. He advised us on several options and helped us find the best solution for our needs. We will definitely come back to use this location again and again.

I have called to speak with someone at the store but , no it's answered via call center. The call center knows nothing of what's going on . Totally useless. The actual employee(s) at that physical location may just be amazing but I do not know.
