  I went to return something at Staples using Amazon return and the guy (Andreas) was the one that attended me and when I got to the return station he didn’t even greet me, or said anything. As I finished my returns I said ‘thank you’ and he didn’t even respond to that either. Poor customer service.

  The GM Daniel is very rude and disrespectful to his associates. He was not very nice to me either. Happy with the cashier Michael, he was very polite and helpful until Daniel got involved in what we needed help with.

  Micheal was very helpful at the counter and very kind. He was very efficient and did everything he could to help us out. I would give Micheal 5 stars. Daniel, the general manager, was very rude and had a condescending tone. Very grateful that Micheal helped us out instead.

  Just got off the phone with a girl who was incredibly rude and just hung up when I was simply asking about a product in stock this was Sunday May 24 at 11:15 am. She needs better training and shouldn’t be put at the front if she’s going to be rude to the customers this is her job and her behavior was uncalled for and incredibly unprofessional I know this is not what Staples stands for.

  Staff unhelpful and does not provide proper instructions. I wanted to ship something through then with ups. I came up to the counter and they asked if I had a label. I told her I wouldn't create one online because they asked for the weight and I had not scale at home. Instead of just creating the label herself she had me do it and then when I was done I took her the email I got and I apparently made the wrong label because she told me I had to go to ups unless I had the printed label. Had she just created the label for me like I've had done there in the past this vould have been a voided
