I needed a document scaled down, cut, laminated, and then bound into a little spiral bound booklet. I've come here before and had the exact same thing done, I even brought the one they made before so they'd have an example to go off of this time. Had no issues last time, it took maybe 15 minutes. The kid behind the counter today told me that he couldn't make it because he'd have to print the document off multiple times to get the margins right and it would take too long. There was maybe 3 other people in the entire store. I offered to pick it up another day if now wasn't a good time and he told me that he wouldn't make it.

Usually I use this for Amazon returns and they are typically quick to get your return checked in. I don't think I have had to wait more than 10 minutes unless it's around Christmas time.

I came in, in person for photos I needed for work the next day and told them how important it was that I had to have them. I said I’d be back right before they closed and the worker told me he didn’t do a single one. Not one! Just tons of excuses about walk ins after me and helping them, and he lost my order number and on and on.

The kid that does their Amazon returns is unwelcoming and unprofessional. I try to return anywhere else if possible because he is impolite and vocally unhappy that people are there to return. It's also not like the line people returning things are keeping him from doing something else since I'm pretty sure they staff someone that just does Amazon returns. And unfortunately for us it's him, who will comment on what you are returning and that is it annoying you bought something and decided not to keep it.
