- NZNavyrae ZollingerJul 15, 20191.0I did my wedding invitations through them. You can’t beat their cheap prices but you pay for it in services. They where late on our order because they were waiting on me to proof our return address on our printed envelopes. However they NEVER told me that! I called multiple time over a weeks course asking when they would be done and each time they told me they would be done by the end of the week. Finally they told me they where done and when we went in they said it wasn’t done because the envelopes were not finished. They said they had tried to call and email me about them (which they did not). So we end up just taking our envelopes without our return address printed on them, yet they still charged us as if they had been printed. When we got home and opened our invites and they had a couple letters that were filled in with ink splotches that were not on the proofs that we saw. Luckily they did a rush reprint for us and all was well. I wonder how they were able to a rush reprint in 2 hours but it took them over 3 weeks to get the originals done?!?! Over all it was a VERY frustrating experience.

The process to download and email an order was great, very easy!! HOWEVER.... when we were called to come down to look at our proofs, the young girl that helped us was incredibly rude from the minute we walked in the door! From eye rolling to treating us like second class citizens!! We asked a few simple questions and with each answer she gave us a dirty look and acted put out to be helping us. Definitely won't be recommending this place!!
