Just in efficiency I give this a one star, but then when you do finally get to the counter, the majority of the attendants are rude, demeaning and disrespectful. It must be a horrible place to work to treat your customers that poorly. I am basing this review off many times going into this office. Only the government can treat people so poorly and stay in business. I’ve always liked the mail carriers and I’m always disappointed when I go into the post office itself.

I know someone who drives all the way to Helper to avoid this woman. If this was a private business, she would’ve lasted less than a week. She is the textbook example of horrible Customer Service. If you’re not gonna fire this person, why don’t you at least post her hours so we can avoid her?!!!!!!!!!!
