- SBSeth BirdJul 2, 20261.0My wife came in today July 2nd, and had the absolute worst experience with the guy she spoke with about an Amazon return. She accidentally misplaced her Amazon return label on the bag and needed help to get them reprinted. The guy she spoke to was unacceptably rude to her. He was speaking down to her about why she couldn't get the labels off the bag. He even pulled her phone out of her hand to scan the barcode because he thought she was taking too long. That's insane behavior. I understand it was busy, but she wasn't taking too long and it's never okay for them to take her phone out of her hand??? She left the building in tears. I wish I knew his name, but I don't. I hope management is able to figure it out though and at the very least retrain this guy.
