Honestly can’t stand any post office, but this one is by far my worst experience. We just moved into a house that we PURCHASED. At no point were we told what mailbox was ours, so we called the post office. Obviously we got ahold of some random person overseas that couldn’t give us a straight answer, so we went in to the physical office. They not only told us the wrong mailbox that we struggled to get into for a week, but attempted to charge us $40 to replace the keys and lock. That would be completely understandable if we actually had access at some point. The crazy part is, they state very specifically on their website that TENANT SHALL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE FIRST LOCK CHANGE, AS THE FIRST LOCK CHANGE IS STANDARD. I would sure hope this is the case so the previous owner doesn’t have access to my mailbox? I showed them this policy on their website, and was basically told that they don’t care. Why put it on the website then? It’s just a scam and money scheme. Luckily for us, we wont be paying that fake fee. You all need to learn about respect and integrity. All good though! We got into our mailbox and you can shove that $40 in some dark places for all I care! Have fun changing some random persons lock.

I live in Santaquin, and this place is a five star establishment compared to the Santaquin PO. The staff has always been kind and helpful and not too long of a wait in line.

Like leaving a review will make a difference. The USPS has a monopoly on incoming mail so we're stuck with poor service because there is no other option. Even so, I'm sick and tired of being treated like a subhuman every time I have to deal with this post office about our incoming mail. They are rude and condescending. Whenever possible, I always go to the Salem Post Office. Those folks are wonderful, treat you with respect and give great service.

We live in a brand new home development with wonky addresses and so I understand that they may get the address wrong here and there, that’s just the curse of new builds however I was kind of worried as read these reviews while my package was lost. It said it was delivered in my parcel locker and wasn’t. I called the post office directly and spoke to a man and but he met me at my mail box not even 5 minutes later and found my package in a box with an address almost identical to mine. It takes great service to drop what you are doing and meet someone 5 minutes later and he said they would make a note of it and make sure it doesn’t happen again, which is all I could ask for because mistakes happen and people willing to help is what matters!
