- MVMichael VershoneAug 11, 20262.0Had an interaction with a supervisor named Sandra over a routine delivery concern and was genuinely taken aback by the unnecessary hostility and complete lack of professionalism. It took very little time to understand why morale among the people working here appears so low. Holding employees accountable is one thing. Condescension, hostility, and treating ordinary questions like personal offenses is another. Leadership should make difficult work easier to accomplish—not make itself another obstacle. If this is the standard of supervision considered acceptable here, the problems at this office make a lot more sense.

He was making up his own policies and claiming “ not his problem” being absolutely rude for no reason and rolling his eyes. Literally disgusting behavior that this location allows. Wonder how his mother would feel about this behavior. Vile of a human.

I followed the instructions and waited FOREVER in line - there was only one attendant. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone, it was past my appointment time and the passport attendant told me that he couldn't process us. I had to escalate, make a scene and ask for a supervisor for them to reconsider. Mind you, I had a baby and my husband taking time off work to do that passport. This location is notoriously slow for wait times, but they need to amend their passport check-in instruction to wait by the door instead of check-in at counter.
