If I could give zero I would. I brought in artwork a small 3x5 painting to mail to my brother and when asked if I could ship first class or priority the worker took the HARD envelope and bent it in front of me AFTER I had mentioned it contained artwork. After expressing my disappointment in saying this is a painting and then having someone bend it and damage what is inside the envelope I asked if the manager could do anything and she said and I quote “you can repeat yourself all you want, it’s not gonna change it.” Careless, incompassionate and rude management runs this place with no true care for the humans they are serving. The boxes I was mailing held extreme sentimental value that are not bent before even being mailed.

Associate name Deven was very rude when I took our guest to pick up their package as it is their last day in Park City. Deven looked annoyed that he has to help us when we were at the counter. He was very rude and was telling me I would have to pick up all the package and started bring me package. As I was explaining I am only there for 1 package he said “I don’t have the time to look through all the packages” and I said well it will be the same time if you go back and forth to get those packages so why don’t you just help us and find the name on the package. He continued to say rude things as we were walking out the door. I know you are a federal employee and having customer service of some sort and being nice to people helps you personally. And you are getting paid regardless.... I suggest for Deven to find a different job that doesn’t involve helping people.
