- JFjoe feinbergAug 5, 20261.0Tried to ship 2 road bikes to east coast. Gal was rude and not helpful at all. Wanted almost $1500 for the two. UPS was under $400 with insurance.
- PLPeter LJul 26, 20261.0Horrible service. FEDEX used to be incredible - now it is essentially non-functioning. I bought a simple one page document to send to Hong Kong through the Park City office. The desk staff told me that I needed a special permit - have sent docs many times to this address - that was never necessary... The staff gave me a website to fill out the approval documents and it turns out she was wrong. - that approval is only necessary for documents over $2500 - my single document had a value less than $1… I called FEDEX and after 10 minutes of working through the automated system, I finally got a human. After a long hold, I was transferred to another department who told me I was right and then dropped the call - no solution, no call back. All told this took about an hour. I went to the Post Office and sent out the document in 5 minutes. Thanks for nothing, FEDEX - your service is HORRIBLE.
