- JWJeanne WillardSep 18, 20265.0Each time we go there, I'm more impressed at how kind and helpful the staff is at this Item location!!
- BMBrian marquezSep 3, 20261.0I've used this post office for years without issue, but something has clearly changed. las week, 3 of my packages never arrived each worth around $100 and I've had to file individual missing mail claims for all of them. Anyone who's dealt with USPS claims knows the odds of getting fully reimbursed aren't great, so I'm not optimistic. What's most frustrating is that this used to be a reliable location. I never had problems like this before. Given the pattern, I have real concerns that packages may be going missing due to internal mishandling or theft rather than normal shipping issues, and I'll be filing a police report so the surveillance footage can be reviewed. I'm not the only one I came across another customer's complaint describing the same thing, a package that never arrived after being routed through this location. That makes me even more confident this isn't a one off shipping fluke. If you've had packages go missing after being routed through this location, I'd encourage you to file a claim and keep a close eye on your tracking. Hopefully this gets addressed, because it didn't used to be like this.
- BPBreyanna PradoAug 31, 20261.0Love that we have to wait for our mail between 6-7pm. It has been inconvenient for the past 7 years living in Orem. We are moving and my husband can't even grab the mail and just come home at noon, he has to wait another 6 hours. Its been awful when getting checks because the banks close.
