- CCChris6 days ago1.0I was sold insurance on a $1100 money order only to discover that money orders are not insurable. I went in 4 times to get a refund and was given the runaround every time. They tried to claim I insisted on buying the insurance, but I did not. I literally asked the associate "would you recommend I buy insurance for this" and she said "yes"... even if I had insisted it would have been wrong to sell me a service that cannot be completed.
- AAAdam AndersonAug 21, 20263.0I've come to this post office on several occasions and I feel like the staff are very friendly however it's frustrating when every time I go there are multiple people waiting in line and the staff are just chatting with the customer they are with and working extremely slow. Like even if there's 10 people in line there's no rush to get things done quickly which is a brutal environment for customers who typically come in to ship something quickly during their day.

El 8 de junio envié tres paquetes, pero uno de ellos nunca llegó a su destino y, hasta la fecha, sigue desaparecido. Este paquete era una devolución de SHEIN con un valor de $189. Desde entonces me he comunicado en múltiples ocasiones con empleados de USPS e incluso con el gerente de la oficina, pero nadie me ha dado una respuesta ni una solución. Me parece una falta de respeto que después de más de un mes nadie se haga responsable ni me brinde información sobre el paradero de mi paquete. Esperaba un mejor servicio por parte de USPS. Solo quiero que investiguen lo ocurrido y me den una solución justa por la pérdida de mi paquete.
