- SLSusie LairdJun 12, 20265.0I needed help in returning a package, as well as getting a refund for some merchandise shipping that came way too late. The post office associate was very patient and kind. She helped me to understand that the company that sold me the product also purchased the postage and that they were the ones that needed to pursue the refund that would then be given to me. She also helped me to put the label on the package and return it. All in all a great experience!

I've seen a few have to wait forever or be turned down because they don't always have somewhere there to do passports, even if an appointment was scheduled. But everything else is great!
