- SZSofi ZingoniOct 1, 20261.0Terrible customer service from a woman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, but she had dark hair. She was extremely unhelpful and seemed to have no interest in assisting customers. The man working next to her, David, provided excellent service, while she did the complete opposite. She would only respond with gestures, point at things instead of explaining them, and had a very dismissive attitude. She made me feel stupid for not knowing how to ship a package without already having a label. At one point, she made me go back to the end of the line because she couldn’t wait two minutes for me to write the address on my package. Whenever I asked her a question, she either wouldn’t answer or would simply point at something. Overall, a very frustrating and unpleasant customer service experience.

I’ve had three separate packages spanning over weeks not get delivered and returned to sender because the delivery driver marks my address as vacant every time. I’ve gone into the physical location to have this fixed two times, and they say it’s been resolved and I won’t have an issue with future deliveries, then it happens again. Fire your incompetent employees. Oh, and the delivery driver is supposed to leave a note to fill out for a vacant property, but never does. Personnel complaint has been filed 👍
