  Lost my Amazon return. I returned a t-shirt over 1 month ago and just got a message from Amazon that im going to be charged for the item not being returned. My husband had to go to the staples store while I was at work and figure out what was going on. Im not sure if I will be charged for the t-shirt or not but I have never had this issue before. I will not be using staples anymore. All the 1 star reviews are really accurate for this place. Rude staff, lack of staff, dirty floors, loosing packages etc. This place is close to home but its not worth the convenience. I will be going to Khols from now on.

  I avoid Staples at all costs for my Amazon returns. The line is always ridiculous because no matter what location I go to, they're understaffed and the employees are slow. They're just not equipped to do large amounts of returns. Provo location is the worst, Orem is slightly better.

  Very helpful clerk/manager helped me get exactly what I needed. Plus they had a product I had been unable to get at our local (St. George Utah) Staples.

  Just wanted to give Bryce front the printing department a shout-out. This booklet was a hefty project for my university class, and Bryce’s great customer service gave me peace of mind while printing it. Bryce was very knowledgeable and kind while answering my MANY questions, and was patient with me while I had technical difficulties getting my documents off my computer. Bryce had helpful suggestions during the whole process. He’s a great employee! The printing department at the Orem Staples is lucky to have Bryce. However, the cashier (probably a supervisor) likely in his mid 50s, eye glasses, salt and pepper hair and beard, and a tall & slim build— was NOT as stellar at customer service. He processed my Amazon return and didn’t speak a word to me. After, I asked, “do you know when I’ll get a confirmation email?”, to which he sneered, “why would I have any idea about that?” as he walked away. But, I couldn’t help noticing this cashier was much friendlier to the 5 or so middle-aged, male customers that came after me also returning packages. Does he have a grudge against young women? Plus, I could smell his body odor (B.O.) from across the cash register, and his red t-shirt looked dirty.
