He is available and easy to reach by phone, text or email and is accommodating to client needs. He is able to answer any questions buyers/sellers have about the process of closing, calculating credits and debits and transfer of title and money wiring. I’d definitely recommend this office to handle any real estate transactions and I’d trust they’ll do a great job.

- MDMadeleine DaytonJan 11, 20213.0My agent was a nice guy, however, about 3 weeks after closing, my HOA had never received any documents from the title company. I reached out through phone, left voicemails, and even sent texts to him that never were responded to. The only way I was ever able to get in touch with him was when my Real Estate Agent (that I texted about this on multiple occasions), finally brought us all in on a 3 way call. Apparently there was a mix up with the HOA, which wasn’t the title company’s fault. However, communication with a young first time home buyer is important and they dropped the ball there. I felt like I wasn’t an important client to them!
