  Marked my address (erroneous) as incorrect and refused to deliver for almost a week. Didn’t notify me the reason it wasn’t being delivered - I had to call to get any information as online it said it was on its way. Made me pick up my package. Wouldn’t go back to my (correct) address. I don’t understand what sort of person refuses to deliver a package, especially a time sensitive one (like mine) and just marks the address as incorrect.

  They were so helpful. I hate their phone customer service but in person the people are fantastic to work with.

  They continually deliver packages meant for me to my neighbor's back yard. They actually once set one at the door to his storage shed, as if that was my house. There is no way to contact them to just tell the driver where the place is. It's a little tucked away, but UPS, UP Postal and Amazon always find it with no problem.

  Nathan was patient, kind, and answered all my questions. The only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because of the over the phone customer support being overly complicated with unnecessary ai.
