- AFA F5 days ago2.0I came here for a passport appointment was told I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and no walk-in’s available they told me to go to the Huntsville office that they have walk-ins all day. When I got to Huntsville I was told they only do walk-ins certain times in certain days and Ogden keeps sending people to them they only have one person working. Huntsville set me up with an appointment and when I got the confirmation text the one for the Ogden office came through right above it. I’m not sure if there is a problem with the scheduling system or what but gas is expensive and the workers at the Ogden office should really get their stuff together.

- KKKristenMar 27, 20261.0Shipped a package from here using priority mail 2 -3 day service. The package made it 8 hours and as far as Provo before it was lost. Filed for missing mail and an insurance claim. A lot of hoops to jump through to try to prove the value of my priceless handmade goods. We'll see if I get my $100 back for something I put 30 hours of work and over $200 worth of supplies into. They said I won't get the $17 shipping fees back because that service is not guaranteed.
