I arrived at 6:58 and saw two employees inside with all of the gates up inside. Frustrating when I already gave them a heads up that I would be coming in last minute and they closed up shop early..

He kept conversation light, even cracked a few jokes making it much less stressful than I anticipated. Brendan and Gage chimed in with some funny jokes, kept my packages moving to the back to keep things clear, unless chaotic all while assisting other customers. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the second I walked in, to leaving with a smile on my face! Avi keep up the good work…I’ll be back!

They performed an unauthorized origin scan on a $3,800 package using a budget service that does not support mandatory signature requirements, then admitted they had no way to undo the error. Not only did their incompetence create a technical nightmare for my transaction, but the staff was argumentative and unprofessional when confronted with their mistake. I walked out with my property, yet they still charged me $60 for a service they never provided. Save your money and your sanity—go to FedEx.
