- JPJolene PalmerJan 20, 20222.0Received a package that was too big for my mailbox so the carrier left it on the ground next to the snowbank in the gutter. It was in a plastic envelope about the size of a throw pillow. It was left there overnight since it was dark last night when I got the mail and didnt see it there on the ground. Ive had several issues and haven't said anything, didn't want to get anyone in trouble but im tired of the terrible service. Last issue was mail shoved in the box and package so tight it was all crambed in there, and hard to get it out.luckily nothing was damaged this time but come on! Issue before that a package was shoved in there so tight the product inside got broke, it was sticking out of the box. Is there a reason they can't walk to the porch? My dog was not outside so no excuse.sidewalks clear. So frustrating!
- PPParker PentzMar 25, 20183.0***UPDATE*** 3/29/18 Recent visits have proved to be efficient and workers have been polite and to the point. +2⭐ Rude inefficient workers that are so slow at processing a package you'll actually save time if you just drive down to Ogden. If you do test your luck and venture inside to mail a package, bring exact change. Pay with a $50 Bill and the lady won't count your money correctly and then yell at you for paying with a $50 bill. Be prepared, she will then shout to remind you, "THIS IS NOT A BANK!" really a shame the United States Postal Service allows one of their offices to slump so far below par. Smh
