Calie was extremely rude to us and made us open up the package to prove that there wasn’t dry ice even though we confirmed there wasn’t and offered to show her the information on the website. She then told us it would sit on the shelf all day since they wouldn’t pick up until tomorrow. Not her fault about the pickup time but was very rude about it.

I didn’t have a receipt and the manager said they could help me figure it out. She didn’t want to help and that was clear. Find another FedEx to go to. They suck!
