  I’ve used FedEx for many years and have always trusted them with my packages, but my experience with Calli at this location was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’m currently out of town and was simply trying to ship a wedding gift. From the beginning, Calli was rude, dismissive, and made me feel as though both my item and my shipping needs were not worth her time or effort. Her attitude made what should have been a straightforward transaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. We arrived with approximately 15 minutes remaining before the store closed, but Calli repeatedly rushed me to finish the order and spoke to me in a condescending manner. She told me that she had an “important” print order she planned to stay late to complete and said she would not wrap my item while I was there. When I questioned this, Calli sarcastically remarked, “You can buy the box and watch me wrap it personally.” At that point, I terminated the transaction. I understand that employees have closing responsibilities and other work to complete, but the store was still open and I was a paying customer trying to ship a wedding gift. Calli’s repeated rushing, dismissive attitude, and condescending comments made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I now have to make an additional trip to another FedEx location before a tight flight in the morning. This experience with Calli was incredibly disappointing and far below the level of service I have come to expect from FedEx. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this location.

  The Middle-Aged short employee with long dark hair is bent-out. I heard her comment from the back of the room- as she rolled her eyes at me: " I was literally just at the front, to check to see if someone was there. I get to the back and someone shows up". Okay lady, this is your job, do it! Don't criticize your customers for showing up so that you may do your job. This lady was ornery from the moment I walked in the door. She certainly had a "resting face". FedEx- do better with choosing your employees. I will avoid this location at all cost to avoid that lady.

  Great service from Chell. We had to chip a laptop to Las Vegas fast. She took care of us. Great FedEx office.

  I love this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I brought a project in, Juan did a great job! He noticed the readability and made suggestions to fix instead of just printing what I brought in. I appreciate his attention to detail and care for my project.

  They gave me a box that I would need for my shipment. It was also helpful to be given the correct information on how to ship a package that needed to be kept cool.
