- LMLidia MezaJul 6, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service at this post office. This is the second time I have had a terrible experience. The first time, I wanted to pay extra to make sure my package would arrive by a certain date, but I was told that even if I paid for faster service, there was no guarantee it would arrive any sooner than regular mail. That made no sense, so I ended up sending it the regular way. This time, I accepted the delivery date they gave me, trusting that it would arrive on time. However, it has now been more than two days past the promised delivery date, and the envelope I mailed still has not arrived. Giving customers inaccurate delivery estimates and failing to deliver on time is unacceptable. I understand that delays can happen, but this has happened to me more than once, and it shows a lack of reliability. I will think twice before using this post office again and cannot recommend its service based on my experience
- SKsariah kenneyJun 23, 20261.0If I could give one star I would. I've gone to this place a few different times trying to find my correct mailbox unit. Both times the employees were very rude and treated me like I was stupid. Both times they gave me completely different answers, the last time telling me that the mailbox was kitty-corner to my house. When I tried telling her there is no mailbox where she marked on a map she raised her voice at me and told me "yes there is open your eyes". Usps do better.

- STSR TOct 27, 20251.0Package not delivered says wrong address on status and sending back to sender. Which I want my package and not to go back to sender. I Keep calling magna usps and nobody picks up. They delivered a separate package not problem. Mail carrier not doing the job correctly
- KAkirk andrewMay 2, 20255.0I enjoy my time at the Magna post office. Everyone is very helpful and go out of their way to serve me. Very pleasant atmosphere. Not sure why people give them a poor rating, but I think they are a great bunch of employees who do a great job. Great customer service.
