    We are SO happy to finally have a UPS Store in Magna, and extra excited that it’s open until 8pm on weekdays! There was no UPS store close to Magna before that— we had to drive 20-30 minutes out of town to get to the nearest one!

    I absolutely have every right to still be frustrated after waiting FOUR HOURS for my prints because of a huge miscommunication between UPS employees. Honestly, the fact that I had to wait that long for something that should have been communicated during a shift change is extremely disappointing. That being said, I want to give credit where it’s due and sincerely thank Jordynn for staying late and making sure my products were finished. Because of her, I’ll still be able to have my arts and crafts day with my mom and grandma tomorrow, which means a lot to me. I also appreciate being allowed to be emotional and stressed throughout this situation. I think anyone who had spent four hours waiting because of someone else’s miscommunication would probably feel the same way. I really hope my next experience is better. I strongly believe some basic communication and training during shift changes could go a long way. If there are jobs or projects that still need to be completed, the incoming team should actually be informed about them. That seems like a pretty reasonable expectation and could have prevented this entire situation. So while I’m still frustrated with how everything was handled, I am grateful to Jordynn for stepping up, staying late, and fixing a situation she didn’t create. She absolutely deserves recognition for that.
