She helped look through my information and helped me go to my account on their computer. She patiently spent about 30 minutes trying to get everything right. We finally got it figured out. But there was still some question if it really worked on Frontier internet. She told me to keep the receipt and tracking to make sure everything worked. She was wonderful! I appreciate being able to have people who care about customers! Thanks so much Eliza! ššš

Tons of thoughtfulness and care went into proofing them educating me on paper, etc. They printed the return and sending addresses on the envelopes for both my family and the grooms family and kept it separate so that itās so easy and quick for to get the grooms family their announcements! Would highly recommend!
