  Kip was awesome to work with on my printing project. Great prices too. Eliza helped me several weeks ago with some packages going cross country. She was very thorough, efficient and knew exactly what I needed. I recommend The UPS Store in Logan for all your shipping and printing needs!

  I went in with an Amazon return. I was shipping it back in the original box and packaging. I printed out the return label. The store wouldn’t take my return without having to pay for more packaging in the box. The box was the way Amazon had sent the box. They told me ups required more packaging. If I taped the box shut myself then they would take it. I then asked to use there tape gun and the told me. I had to buy the tape from them to tape ups the box. I have taken packages like that in the past with no issues. The box was a small box the was light. They shouldn’t have to charge me anything to put more packaging in and to tape the box shut. I didn’t have anything to pay for it on me. I read another review that someone followed the Amazon return instructions that they didn’t need a label or shipping box and the store wouldn’t take it without a label and shipping box. I have taken items without label and box. With no issues there. They would just scan the we code from my phone and printed a label and put the item in a bag. If this store is not following the correct procedures they should be reported to Corp. Update the owner replied to me wanting me to change my review. I’m not changing it. The reason for it I have taken many returns to their store without sealing the box. The employees would just seal the box up for me with no issues without charging me until now. It sounds like they just want to milk people for every little penny also I didn’t have anything on me to pay for it.
