  Don’t trust them to honor Priority Overnight delivery. They didn’t load the package sent to me with Priority Overnight Delivery on the truck. They did not update anything all day. I only found out about it when I called the corporate customer care center and found out that they finally updated the system minutes before they closed. If they updated the systems in the morning I could have went in and picked it up myself. To top it off this happened on Friday and they only deliver Monday through Friday. I needed it as soon as possible and it was sent Priority Overnight on a Thursday. It is going to spend at least 3 days sitting at Fedex because they did not load it on the truck and refused to update the status of it till it was to late for me to get it myself. I spent all day waiting for a package, amusing it was on a truck making its way to me. Now I have to wait the entire weekend for a package I could have picked up Friday if I knew that it was there and not on the truck. However they decided that Priority Overnight is meaningless and keeping people in the loop about their property so they can plan accordingly is something they cannot be inconvenienced with. They could not be bothered to make an update that could have resulted in me going and getting it myself. Not I have to make do without till Monday and hope I can actually get it and they don’t decide to delay by weeks or months.

  Priority Overnight means nothing to Fedex. According to Fedex tracking website my package that I needed the next day was suppose to be delivered Friday by 1 p.m. then it updated to end of day. Only after calling them at 8 p.m was I told that the package sent via Fedex Priority overnight was never loaded on a truck and will be delivered Monday this delivery location did not till after 5 p.m. They literally waited till it was to late to go to store and pick it up to update systems that it was not on the truck. According to the tracking it was on the truck all day and checked back in after they closed. How can anyone trust a company where two people and their tracking systems give you three different answers to the same question? Now I don’t have it and can only hope that I will get it Monday and they don’t hold it hostage for months like another Fedex location did with a previous package.
