  The most expensive tax prepaer we have ever used. We have the same stuff every year and this place was more than double what we have paid every year in the past. Proof attached for reference that yes we did have our taxes prepared since they are claiming they didn't help me. When I met with the person who prepared my taxes, I asked how much to expect to be charged. I was told I don't know that until we do your taxes. So I asked if there was kind of an estimate and was told it shouldn't be more than $200, but I can't give you an exact. So no a price was not given until we picked up our already prepared forms at which point we had to pay for the services your office provided. I wrote this review so that others have the opportunity to shop elsewhere if money is tight like it is for us. I do not want you to discuss my information publicly and didn't ask you too, but when you claim to have no record of me I provided evidence that you did. We will not be returning customers and provided this review because we were blindsided by the cost and were very disappointed in our first and only interaction.

  Ive been with them for years but this year I had a very frustrating experience with Sarah. Communication was extremely poor, phone calls were never returned, and attempts to reach her directly were unsuccessful. When you're trusting someone with important financial matters, responsiveness is essential, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend their services to anyone who values timely communication and reliability. This year with her was a nightmare. I will definitely not be recommending this business to anyone.

  I went to 4p in September to have my taxes done. Well I just got a call from them saying we hadn't paid them their fee. I did pay on date of service in person. Then I asked if they had even submitted our taxes. They said no because they were waiting for my husband's signature. The forms were sent to him electronically and he sent the sign documents back that same day. Why no follow up on payment or signatures right after appointment. Plus we did pay and sign. I thought tax people were the type to excellent in record keeping and accounting. I guess I'll have to contact the IRS to explain the situation. I wonder what late fees we will incure due to this.

  We have been with 4p taxes for 10 years. They have been with our family through moves out of state and new business ventures. They have been there for 8 houses and multiple businesses. I was speaking with sarah today and told her that without reservation working with 4p is one of the best financial decisions I have ever made.

  We have used them for years for our taxes. Very knowledgeable and they explain the tax laws in ways that are easy to understand. Very personable. Highly recommend.
