  Paid him 50 dollars to diagnose a blank screen issue, but he lied about everything. He "discovered" that the motherboard on my laptop was burned and that he would need to replace it. He told me after calling the manufacturer that they were an overseas company and would need to ship a new motherboard, costing at least $1000+, he then recommended that I trade my laptop in so he could use the parts and he would give me a discount on one of his. I took it to 3 other repair places and they all quote me ~$400 to fix it and agreed that it wasnt the board. I called the manufacturer and they said they had all the parts, screen and motherboard that I might need and could ship to me (in country) for ~$200 depending on what I wanted. They quoted me a max repair cost of ~$600 to do it themselves. But recommended that I just do the swap myself and that they could send me step by step instructions if I wanted. I don't now what he did do or if he was just trying to scam me but I highly recommend avoiding them. No reason to be out $50 if you need a second opinion anyway.

  Mark was super helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to get a diagnostic done and he was able to pinpoint what was wrong and keep me in the loop. It was a very professional and great environment.
