The staff are consistently kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They’ve assisted me with everything from getting a passport to sending Operation Santa packages, and even sorting out a tricky mail forwarding issue. Even when the line stretches to the door, they take the time to make sure each person is taken care of without making you feel rushed. No one loves going to the post office, but they do everything they can to make it as smooth and painless as possible. It’s clear they care about their work and their community, and it really shows. I truly appreciate the level of service they provide.

I came in to pick up an international package that was clearly marked as “Available for Pickup” at this exact office, but the employee at the counter was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of trying to assist or offer any alternative way to locate the package, she simply repeated that she needed a USPS tracking number and refused to check by name, address, or any internal system. I understand they are busy, but basic customer service and willingness to help go a long way. The attitude was cold, rude, and made an already frustrating situation worse. I hope management provides better training on customer service and handling international packages.

They never answer the phone and they always lose packages. It’s extremely rare that they don’t cause any issues and doesn’t deserve a positive review when more often than not they are a one star. I’ve been having to call the main customer service number just to get some information on my package because the post office never answers the phone. They need to get different leadership or something.
