- ALAnnie LaughlinAug 24, 20261.0Said packages marked as delivered but they were not. DO NOT mark packages as delivered until they are actually delivered. We live in an HOA with package mailboxes. They were all full with other people's packages so the USPS delivery person marked the packages as delivered, realized the boxes were full, put my packages back on the truck, and never actually delivered them. It's been three days and I still have not gotten my packages. Because they were marked as delivered, there is no recourse or accountability for late packages. I won't see these packages for weeks, if ever. This is unacceptable. 84043

They all said “dropped off at locker or mailbox” One of them was on my front porch and the other 2 are missing. Her attitude was unprofessional, sarcastic, and unnecessarily rude throughout the interaction. Instead of providing courteous customer service, she responded with an ironic tone that made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I understand that postal employees deal with many people every day, but professionalism and respect should remain a priority. A simple question should not be met with sarcasm or a condescending attitude. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds employees that respectful communication is an essential part of good customer service. Based on my experience, Nicole's behavior did not reflect the level of service customers should expect from the Postal Service.

And the number of times I have to drive to American Fork and then to Pleasant Grove because either I can't print a label or the latch to dump the package is stuck, it's much more frequent than it should be. One of the carriers for my route is horrible, can't count on them to deliver packages. I'm not sure what is hard about reading an address and matching it, but its apparently harder than rocket science.
