- AGAgustin Gallardo3 days ago5.0I made a mistake with my shipping address on an online order, and the package was already being returned to the sender. I called the Lehi Post Office feeling very worried, and luckily, I was connected with an incredibly kind staff member. They took the time to track down my package right before it was sent back and allowed me to pick it up in person. They saved me weeks of waiting for a re-shipment. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service and their willingness to help. Well-deserved five stars!

I will from here on out throw all mail and packages away if it’s delivered to my address when it clearly shows a different address. I am not a postman and I am not responsible for other people’s mail or packages. I will not deliver them anymore nor will I drop them off at the post office for correction I’m done.

So I went to this place with my application, they checked all my documents and see if everything matched with the information on my application. It turns out, I made a mistake in regards of my birthdate. Once the USPS employee noticed that, I promptly said I would correct it and come back with the new application. The lady insisted saying it would be fine, I just needed to put the right birthdate above the wrong one. It didn’t feel right, but as they deal with passports all the time, I thought she knew what she was doing. So I did that. Paid all the fees. When my passport arrived, it came with the wrong birthdate. So basically, I spent $60 expediting fee, for nothing. And now I have to go back and resend my application AND I have to pay $60 fee AGAIN so I can get my passport in time. So, don’t trust them completely. You would end up wasting money like me.
