- JPJulius Page3 days ago5.0Mason helped us out, and he was great. Maybe double check he’s legally old enough to work there but man was it quick and efficient. Give that man a raise

I dropped off 10 packages here on Wednesday, and none of them were put through the system until Monday, after we physically went back to the store and asked them about it. That means 10 customer orders sat there for nearly five days without being processed, which made it look like I had never shipped them. Even after we went in and got the issue addressed, only 9 of the 10 packages were actually shipped. One is still unaccounted for. As a small business, I rely on a shipping location to actually process packages when I drop them off. Having an entire batch sit for days and then still having one package missing is unacceptable. I won’t be using this location for business shipments again.
