Also the two employees up front today when I went were so kind. Above and beyond with customer service and professionalism.
- THTasha Farkas HineckerApr 24, 20265.0I had to mail in some documents to Social Security and only had a few days left to get it in and the gentleman who helped me was very kind in walking me through filling out the info for both the priority slip and sending it out as well knowing I was on a time crunch. (I had received the documents sometime last week which gave me very little time to send it back in and scheduling an appointment with SSA is difficult), though getting help from an actual person instead of just sending it out on my own was super helpful because I was also able to get a tracking number. It was also not that expensive to send out for how thick the envelope was, less than $12. Thank you for helping me. UPDATE 04/30/2026: I wanted to add that each time I've been here to return packages the staff made it very easy to do so. I also had to update my passport a while back and they were kind to me then as well. I've personally never run into any problems while I have been here.

After 4 mins of listening to clerk complaining, I had to leave. Just needed to mail a prepared package. Went to Islamorada instead. In and out in in seconds!
