  I shipped a package with this store the first week of March. I paid extra for them to package it and for an insurance policy. They put one layer of bubble wrap on it and put it in a box. The product obviously didn't make it intact and was totaled. The damage done during shipping caused a total loss on the product and is unrepairable. I have been patiently been working with the store to get a claim paid. It has been over 2 months and the claim is still not paid. It was obviously their fault because they didn't package it properly. The claim was accepted by UPS and I still have not seen a payment. The store manager "sent" the check to the an old PO Box address I had with them. Now the first check was apparently lost. They received the check and screwed it up. The first check had to be canceled and reissued and that was a month ago. The second check has still mysteriously not arrived. I have been to the store several times and spoke with the manager and the assistant manager. Neither one of them can give me an update. I email them weekly and they rarely respond and when they do the tell me the same thing, that there is no update. I am sad that I even had to give them a star. This store is incompetent and this whole process has been so frustrating. Don't use this store if you have something valuable to ship. They don't care about packaging it for you and they certainly don't care about getting your claim paid. Drive past this store and go to Fed Ex. The extra drive will save you months of headache.

  Kate was a rockstar at assisting me at this location!! She and Brii got my last minute job done with amazing quality!! I recommend this location and those associates to everyone!!

  I was a little nervous bringing my packages in because I wasn’t totally sure what I needed to do. Thankfully, Bri noticed right away and stepped in to help. She made the whole process simple and way less stressful than I expected. My experience ended up being great because of her. Thank you so much, Bri!

  I love the employees here, they've always been friendly and made returns easy for me. I've never had an issue with lost or stolen packages despite what I'd heard from others and I have my own label printer now so I no longer even need to stay in line and can just drop off my packages. My returns have always gone smoothly which I appreciate greatly from the staff as I trust them. They're all incredibly patient as well which is a rare thing these days. This location is also super close to my house which is great. Thank you everyone. 😊
