  I have given this place multiple chances. I don’t visit often, and every single time I have an awful experience. Forget long lines, they need to focus on how to be kind to others. There is almost never anyone at the counter when I enter the store. When there has been someone, a young hispanic girl, she completely ignored me and didn’t even acknowledge I was standing at the counter. Nothing. After a really awkward couple of minutes, she just rolled her eyes and went to the back, presumably to get her manager..? Another young Polynesian girl comes out and just stares at me. I’m really awkward, and my social anxiety is awful. I thought I had done something wrong, I PROFUSELY APOLOGIZED! I just had to drop off a package that was already labeled and paid for. She didn’t say a single word to me except “Receipt?” I didn’t understand and she said “DO YOU WANT YOUR RECEIPT”, she handed it to me and sighed and went to the back. I was dumbfounded, and ever since then I’m incredibly nervous to go here. I permanently switched to USPS, purely because I didn’t want to feel idiotic and ignored ever again. Please hire some real adults.

  You’re better off shipping with the USPS right next door inside of the Harmons. The workers are incredibly rude. I’ve waited at the counter while I hear giggling and laughing coming from the back, I even had to yell “Hello?”. I have so many negative experiences with UPS now, the girls working are awfully rude. They don’t greet you, they don’t smile, I mean- if they are so poor at customer service, KEEP THEM IN THE BACK! I’m finally writing this review after my family members came to me with the same experiences. Once I came in 5 minutes before close (yes, I understand, but I was just dropping off a package that already had a label, this usually takes 30 seconds in and out) When I entered the employees just stared at me, like they had zero clue what to do. Instead of a greeting I was told “We’re closed. No- sorry we are closed. We shut everything down” I apologized profusely and asked if I could just drop the package off and go, a very rude young girl told me NO - and then another coworker stepped in and said he could take the package for me. I inquired about the hours on my way out, and was told I can leave and read the hours posted on the glass outside. I understand the frustration, and I do take responsibility, however these kids should not be working with customers if they don’t know basic customer service. Seriously, don’t even bother.

  I went in to the store to get a medical release form notarized. The employee wouldn’t notarize the document even though it is not a Jurat document because it was not signed in front of them. The Utah notary law from its own Utah government website says that I don’t have to sign in front of them but I have to affirm that it is my signature unless it is a Jurat form. You would think a company that advertises that they notarize documents and their people who take the test to be a notary would know the law of the state it is operating in when it comes to this type of situation.
