- JLJustin LottApr 22, 20263.0I'd change my star rating if they would pick up the phone. I called 5 times yesterday and let it ring till it went to the busy signal and they never picked up. I ended up having to go in to the post office to talk to them. People at the front desk were nice. By the way, if you press "0" after the robot picks up the phone you can skip their message and it will go directly to ringing.

During the transaction, the employee was condescending in tone (making comments like “take a breath” and “we can do this”), which created an unnecessarily tense situation. I was simply trying to complete the transaction efficiently. Additionally, the employee quickly skipped past the customer feedback survey without allowing me the opportunity to respond, which I found inappropriate. This interaction occurred in front of my children and other customers, which made it even more frustrating. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and ensure customers are treated respectfully and given the opportunity to provide their own feedback. After my experience, I looked at recent reviews and noticed similar feedback from other customers describing comparable interactions. That suggests this may not be an isolated incident.
