- TLTommy Langer2 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Will. He was rude, dismissive, and somehow managed to turn a $2 strip of tape into an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction. The $2 was never the issue it was his attitude and the condescending way he spoke to me. For someone wearing a “Manager” name tag, you would think basic customer service and professionalism would come with the title. If this is how he treats customers over something as minor as a piece of tape, I can’t imagine how his employees feel working under him. Yikes.

My only complaint is that there isn't enough parking. It doesn't matter what time of day I come here. The parking lot is always packed, which means I have to park along a curb at the opposite end of the building or in the inconveniently-located parking lots of neighboring businesses - not good when you have lots of packages to carry. Please, UPS! Plan your locations better!
