- BWBrenden WhitelawJul 23, 20261.0As you can tell the reviews definitely don't lie! My mom went out of her way to help me drop off some packages. Normally I purchase my labels through eBay and they give me a QR code, eBay combined the packages into one order, so I had already paid $72 for the shipping, but Charice refused to ship the packages unless we purchased a third lable or taped them together. I've been working with USPS for years and most of the workers are kind and helpful enough to put a little bit of tape on a package, but now they won't help because they want you to buy extra tape separately. At this point I had found a better deal through FedEx on the two packages they made us tape together. They refused to return them to my mom and refund the label, because the postmaster claimed that it was already in the system. They actually scanned the codes right after I requested the packages to be returned, at which point they quickly wheeled away the packages and refused to return them to my mom, preventing me from shipping through FedEx at a better price! The nickeling and diming, the lack of customer service, it's not going to be long before the reviews drop below 2.5 stars. If there is any more problems I will seek legal action for them not returning my packages when requested, and trying to charge me more for a package that already had been paid for.
