The 368th Recruiting Squadron, commanded by Lt. Col. Annie Driscoll, directs and operates the recruiting activities of six enlisted accession flights with approximately 73 active-duty and eight civilian personnel. Senior Master Sergeant Scott Watson is the production superintendent.
The 368th RCS is headquartered at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and covers a 470,000-square-mile area that includes Montana, Idaho, eastern Washington, eastern Oregon, western Wyoming, Utah and Nevada. Its mission is to inspire, engage and recruit future Airmen to deliver airpower for America.
