    It says here that they help with printing and I used to go there all the time for their great customer service. However, today an elderly man needed to print something and the girl that was talking to him told him he needed to email it so he should go do it at the computer. He was so confused. She could’ve just taken him to the computer and showed him, which they used to do for people, instead she just kept on going about logging into his email which he just wasn’t understanding. He just left with his head down. She’s in customer service, she should’ve helped. I wanted to help but he walked out so quick. That’s sad. He’s an elderly man, it’s okay to guide him. I’ve needed help with that before and they helped me easily. She was so busy holding side conversations with the lady working with her that she wasn’t listening to him

    The staff was very helpful and looked for the best rate in order to save on costs since I was sending 2 different packages. I was also in and out fairly quickly.

    First off I’ve been shipping with UPS for more years than I can remember. In all that time I’ve never had an issue where I was a little upset with the service. Amazon sent me the wrong package. Not one mention of me, having to box up the item they sent me was in their statement, and nowhere on the UPS site or the door for Amazon returns that I needed to package it up. There must’ve been something that changed over the last little while that required this. Everything was OK and I was very patiently working with a person that was in training. When the mention of me having to box it up and have to print off the label and get charged for that came up. I was a little frustrated because there was no documentation that referred to that. But what made me upset with the whole situation is what I believe to be an older lady (probably a manger) looked at me and said oh is this another customer that failed to box up their Amazon return. She said it as if I should have know and was an idiot for not doing that Very indignant and very condescending. It is rare I return a package from Amazon so this was new to me. This was the reason I became upset. Furthermore when the trainee was fumbling with my package and not getting everything correct, I expected the manage or more experienced person to step in and help. I finally grabbed my package and said, I just don’t want this messed up and I left the store. Yes I was frustrated, but no need to raise my voice. And for the trainee, she did the best she could and was very sweet and tried to be helpful. I ended up going to the UPS store in daybreak, they offered me a box or a bag to package up my order. It was four dollars for returning to my package. The manager told me it was about $12 for a box after I said it is probably 12 dollars. She said yep probably and two dollars for a label. The person that helped me out at the daybreak store is Finn. They helped me out quickly, treated me with respect, and I left the store happy I will never go back to Herriman again for UPS service.

    I had probably 100 returns, and they were patient while I organized then packed for probably 2.5 hours. The staff is VERY friendly and wants to do their best to help out.
