- ACAmy CottermanApr 8, 20261.0There is definitely a thief working here. I have had 1 large package dissapear, 1 package I received that was slit and contents nt there, another that I mailed was received and obviously had the seal tampered with and 2 of the 3 items missing. I have also had a package RAN over and destroyed by them. Also when dropping off they totally disreguard the fact that you label everything fragile and they toss it 10 feet in the air into their shipping bin. The people in the office act like they are totally put off if you ask them to scan more then 2 packages at a time. I have recently started traveling out of Tooele county to mail packages and not problems. AVOID if possible!!
- DDDaveDec 8, 20252.0The post office team is amazing!! Mail carriers…. Not so much. I have a box on my front porch that says “all packages go in here”. Amazon, FedEx, UPS have ZERO problems putting the packages in my CLEARLY marked box. Yet for some reason my packages are placed on the edge of my porch; and with the high winds we often get out here, I’ve found my lighter weight packages blown out into my yard or have had neighbors bring me them after they’ve blown into their yard. I’ve reported this issue to the post master and the issue continues going unresolved. I don’t understand why a simple ask can’t be followed? Smh
