  Really good experience here. The staff was super fast and helpful, and they made the whole process really easy. I needed some printing done and the quality came out great, way better than I expected. Everything was done quickly and they were really nice to work with. Definitely recommend this place if you need printing or shipping done without any hassle.

  This UPS store is incredibly helpful for the small business owner in Eagle Mountain! The entire team especially Manager Jalen goes out of their way to help any way they can. When our business Jam Wizard is in a “jam” for last minute printing they always deliver with high quality labels and oftentimes same day printing ❤️❤️ (when their availability allows) It’s a joy to have them here in town and part of the Jam Wizard team.

  While I don’t ship a ton of things out, I do print a lot. I’m very particular about the quality of the print I’d like, especially for my kids’ birthday invitations - and this UPS store has nailed it every, single time! The paper and ink quality is so much nicer than what you’d find at Walmart. The staff is super friendly and super accommodating - even with last minute items (like a mom forgetting to print Valentine’s cards until day of, haha). Love this store!

  Everyone in the store is super friendly and very outgoing! Everything is handled with care and it’s always done efficiently. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jalen! He is the most accommodating and genuinely cares, going above and beyond! I would definitely recommend!

  0 stars. I came to drop off a package and kindly asked the employee if I could drop off USPS here as well since other UPS stores do. The employee got very mad and rudely. Said “ if you’re too lazy to go to the post office I’ll walk it over to the dropbox for you.” please reevaluate your staff.
