Typical family moment - I think something is done, I miss understood the conversation. Now something was borderline late. My passport had expired and the packet sat on the desk behind something until, it was discovered. First go to the bank and get checks, because the Department of State is still in 1995. I had anticipated driving 15 to 20 miles to get my wonderful passport picture taken then having to find a location to ship it from. As I am in the bank, the wonderful teller says, why not stop in at the UPS Store here? Pinch me Captain Obvious!
I go over and the staff were busy doing stuff. A wonderful young lady approached me with a smile and asked, 'How can I help you?' Hannah listened intently and said, 'Not a problem, I am happy to help.' She even laughed at my old man corny jokes.
Envelope, check. Check, check. Paperwork, check. Picture, check. I only had one minor complaint. The camera still doesn't make me look good.... Anyway, Hannah made the process super fast, easy, and I may say even painless. Safely handing everything off, I have the confidence that all is in good hands, she gave me a tracking number, dates, and cost. I strongly recommend this location. We are fortunate to have this location here in Eagle Mountain, and the one thing I did notice, everyone was helpful, courteous, they seemed happy to be there. We are fortunate to have this team here. I will be back with any other need. This team, Hannah, ROCKS!!!!
