Margie is great. She gave us great mailing tips and tricks.
Yes it takes a bit to mail things out. But just be patient. The kiosk works too!

Absolutely appalled by the customer service I experienced yesterday 2/9/26 @ 10am. I walked in with a box containing boots I needed to ship to a friend. Immediately the Asian lady working told me that "I cannot ship my item, and that they didn't have a big enough box there, and I would need to go buy a box somewhere else" just to ship my package." This is something that I have never experienced before. I left confused, and very upset. I ended up driving all the way to the Riverton Post Office, and within 30 seconds of my walking in, a guy named Ben working behind the counter immediately started helping me, and figuring out my best options. I never had to buy another box. We taped up the one that the boots were already in, and we went over the best shipping options. I ended up paying, and left with a much much better experience.
The rude lady from Draper should not be allowed to work in office if she is unable to provide decent customer service.
