- PCPolina CraveJun 23, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. My husband received a notice for a certified l etter that required a signature. Since he works full-time during the week and the post office is only open during his working hours, he scheduled a pickup for Saturday at 11:00 AM. When he arrived on Saturday, he was told that an employee had made a mistake and taken the letter elsewhere, so it was not available for pickup. We were told to come back another day. When we returned, we arrived only one minute after closing and were immediately turned away. Under normal circumstances, that would be frustrating but understandable. However, we were only in this situation because of a mistake made by the post office in the first place. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The employees were rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping us resolve the issue. When we asked where we could file a complaint about the mistake, we were simply told to come back the next morning, even after explaining that we work during those hours and cannot easily take time off. It should not be this difficult to receive an important letter that requires a signature. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude made this a very frustrating experience.
