  FedEx has to be the worst delivery company out there. They didn't deliver to the right address, won't tell me where they did so that I can pick up may package, and are now telling me my time sensitive package will have to go through their claim service. Since Corporate won't allow reviews, all their stores will be getting this as these are the locations that support that horrible service.

  I can’t get in touch with anyone. I’ve tried to call and the automated system won’t connect me to a real human. They have a package of mine that they are going to return to sender if I can’t get in touch with them! I’m so irritated at Fedex.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to pick up a package for my partner, but because my driver’s license had an old address, I was initially told they couldn’t release it. After contacting FedEx support, I learned a utility bill could be used as proof of address, but no one at the store had mentioned that. When I returned with my utility bill and asked why I wasn’t told this and how to file a complaint, an employee became rude, falsely accused me of swearing at staff because they overheard me on my phone outside, threw my ID back at me, canceled the package release, and refused to give me the package. I wasn’t upset about the policy—I was upset about the inconsistent information, the disrespect, and the unprofessional treatment. I expect much better from FedEx.

  I just picked up a package and shipped one out. I worked with Elias and he was over and beyond helpful. Best experience I have ever had at a FedEx. Thank you for making my life easy! Truly appreciated his help and positive attitude!

  I use FedEx almost weekly for my work, and my organization has an account with them, so I’ve had plenty of experience with their service. I’m usually very satisfied, but this experience truly stood out. Shana at the 351 W 12300 S location in Draper went above and beyond in a way that genuinely impressed me. There was an issue with an incorrect address on a shipment, and instead of just flagging it, she took the initiative to do some detective work to figure out the likely correct destination. She then called me directly to confirm and made sure my packages got where they needed to go. That level of care, ownership, and follow-through is rare. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and lovely on the phone, her energy honestly brightened my day. This is the kind of customer service that builds real loyalty. Huge thank you to Shana!
