  I use FedEx almost weekly for my work, and my organization has an account with them, so I’ve had plenty of experience with their service. I’m usually very satisfied, but this experience truly stood out. Shana at the 351 W 12300 S location in Draper went above and beyond in a way that genuinely impressed me. There was an issue with an incorrect address on a shipment, and instead of just flagging it, she took the initiative to do some detective work to figure out the likely correct destination. She then called me directly to confirm and made sure my packages got where they needed to go. That level of care, ownership, and follow-through is rare. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and lovely on the phone, her energy honestly brightened my day. This is the kind of customer service that builds real loyalty. Huge thank you to Shana!

  I paid extra for overnight delivery. Going on three days now and no delivery was made. The package is sitting at the facility no delivery attempt has been made but I paid over $80 for overnight delivery. I wish there was 0 star

  I visited this store shortly before closing to ship some important packages to India. As I had never shipped internationally before, Shana was incredibly patient and willing to help me navigate the entire process. I truly appreciate her dedication and help!

  Needed to get a signature for package but they cant even get the time of delivery correct they screwed up 3 times and made the process such a hassle.
