  I saw the 3.4 rating and I thought that was odd because that’s fairly low for ratings, but then I went to the store. It was after trying to find another store which apparently, is no more in Draper. I walked in and there was a customer area right in front of the door. There was a huge sign covering The corner covering up the other side of the corner. The attendant standing in front of my customer area at the desk, wanted me to come around to the other side. I was just handing off a package. Both customer areas are equally spaced towards the attendant. He wanted me to come over where he wanted me instead of just letting me hand off a package with a pre-printed label. I said, “You must be left-handed” jokingly and he said, “No I’m right handed.” Apparently humorless. Then he asked me if I wanted to receipt and of course, I wanted to prove that I dropped it off to him and he didn’t get upset and just throw it in the trash. Anyhow, I’m not going to that store anymore. Traffic is bad on 12300 S. Find another store with more helpful employees.

  FedEx has to be the worst delivery company out there. They didn't deliver to the right address, won't tell me where they did so that I can pick up may package, and are now telling me my time sensitive package will have to go through their claim service. Since Corporate won't allow reviews, all their stores will be getting this as these are the locations that support that horrible service.

  Woman was upset that I went to her FedEx chat box and prove that she didn’t know the rules for her job that she thought she could play. God ripped the package out of my hands and took it back and said she was returning it called the cops. cops couldn’t do anything wouldn’t go here ridiculous.
