  My rent started at 30 a month and now they’re trying to charge me 110 a month. They take advantage of their customers , do not use extra space storage. Horrible company, how are you going to charge me 110 dollars a month for a 5x5. If there’s any representative that can help that would be great I do not want my stuff auctioned

  This company went in my unit and stole many items from me and my family. I called the manager Tony who said he will send a Pic of my unit to my cell phone-pic never arrived. I paid my last bill and removed my items and could not believe the thiefs that work for extra space storage. Reported this issue to the corporate office twice and was told management would call me in 3 business days. It's been well over 3 days-no response.

  I really don’t even want to give a star but as you know, we have to give them something so my star is a no star because this is a very complicated situation but there’s no wiggle room. No leverage at all for people that are in a tough situation, especially a single mother homeless with children who was in a toxic situation and had to leave for the benefit of their mental health and the children’s safety I guess so I put my belongings into a storage unit and basically got caught up financially because as we know, the world is a struggle to survive especially this country. It’s too expensive for anything and you just can’t get ahead when you’re already low income so now they auctioned off my unit all because I was behind on my financials now I’ve lost everything I had left, including very important things that meant the most to me that I can no longer replace because my mom is no longer here on the earth When I called headquarters to talk to them about how I wanted a payment arrangement and to see if my items were auctioned off basically you could hear her smirking and go. Oh we don’t do no payment arrangements like I was a burden. I’m sure there are a multimillion dollar company And my little back payment wouldn’t hurt their pocket I’m just so disgusted in my feelings right now that I really did lose everything and my kids have nothing left. I put the important stuff away in that unit now it’s all gone. I asked for a couple more days and they still win but it’s so sad and so wrong they need to do better. Cause there is no compassion for their customers here at all I’ll never do this again

  I have some property at the statesville Ave. Location in charlotte nc. They keep going up on the storage. This is NOT a good company to deal with. They will go up without advance warning. I will never put anything here again. Don't put your stuff here unless you don't mind your rental going up every month!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡 if I didn't have to leave any stars I wouldn't!!!!!
