- LBLindsy BillmanJun 29, 20261.0Their worker Adam is so unkind and has no professional customer service. I walked in to return a package (which I usually do at UPS with other orders) and was unaware of the protocol here. I didn’t know we grab the package to buy and pack it ourselves. He did not speak loud enough or clear enough for me to hear so when I was confused what he was telling me he got mad. Then, I handed it to him because at other locations the staff packs it along with putting the shipping sticker on the outside. He said something really grumpily but I still couldn’t understand him because he muttered. Then, I realized he was telling me to “pack it up”. After completing the transaction, he quickly closed it and wouldn’t let me choose my receipt style. He was so unprofessional to be this short tempered in a work place. My mom had the same experience going a few weeks ago. It’s safe to say I’m sticking to UPS when I can. They have much better service there.

They can deliver junk mail to my address with no issue but when it comes to packages, all of a sudden, my address is an issue and I'm greeted with hostility when I come to claim my "undeliverable" package.

- MMMichaelMar 5, 20265.0Honestly, this was a positive post office experience. Both times I visited here while getting my mailbox set up the staff were helpful and actually friendly. Everything was handled efficiently and I didn't have to wait long to get what I needed taken care of.
- AAArin AFeb 7, 20262.0Im only giving 2 stars because Chris was soooo nice. He made up for the other rude and dishonest employee. The other male employee that was there later in the evening was so condescending and rude. He refused to send my package via ground because it "wasnt available". That seemed odd to me as it was an option I could select on the pad... I paid almost 10$ to ship a package that didnt weigh much and was 3x5". Ground was 3$. I asked Chris about it a couple days later and he said the other employee was being dishonest with me. I suspect because he was a genuinely MISERABLE person who was so negative and rude to all.... Disgusting they hire employees that treat people like scum for no reason. Shoutout to Chris for being a kind and friendly person though.
