Both were marked as delivered. Later, when another package arrived that required a signature, they didn’t call me, but still updated the status saying no one was available to receive it and that I need to pick it up at the post office.

Recently had a change of address and had everything updated to ship to my new place. For a few weeks everything was fine until today. Same place ordering from, same name, same address. Nothing has changed. Left a slip of paper saying I need a change of address (again) Tried to call and see what was going on. Phone rang for 3 minutes. I called about 5 times. Please please give us an email or name of someone we can contact. I have important documents I need and now they’re being shipped back to the sender.
