I understand if they decided they no longer wanted to move forward, but a brief, honest response would have been the professional thing to do. At the very least, have the courtesy to communicate that instead of simply disappearing. Update: Owner reached out via voicemail and email to try to fix the issue. We already moved onto another company considering the time that passed .. but that counts for something so it is appreciated. Review has been revised.

They even helped refine the final shirt design, which turned out better than we had envisioned. Our order included more than 35 shirts in a wide range of sizes, including 4XL, and everything was handled accurately and professionally. Cohen kept us updated throughout the process and stayed committed to the timeline. When shipping delays were outside of his control, he went above and beyond by personally driving more than two hours to deliver the shirts to my home so we could meet our deadline. That level of customer service is hard to find. Their communication was outstanding, their pricing was fair and affordable, and the quality of the shirts was excellent. I highly recommend Pulse Merch to anyone looking for screen printing or embroidery services. I'll definitely be using them again for future orders.
