  Today. I visited this UPS Store to print some documents that I had emailed before arriving. When the employee told me she couldn’t find them, I sent them again, but she still couldn’t locate them. I understand that technical issues can happen, but I was disappointed by the lack of assistance and the way the situation was handled. I felt ignored and uncomfortable, and no alternative solution was offered. Another employee, Jacob, eventually helped me and was very kind and professional. I appreciate good customer service, especially when a problem arises. I hope management considers providing additional training to help employees handle these situations with patience, professionalism, and courtesy toward every customer. Everyone deserves to feel welcome and respected.

  Always amazing customer service. I ship a lot of packages and never have had a problem. Parking is available on main streets or side streets.

  I moved to Brigham city about six months ago, and I use this UPS store several times a month. Most of the time Haylee is the one that ends up helping me. But everyone I've come across there, in addition to her, has always been considerate, polite, helpful, and quick and efficient when I have a bunch of stuff I have to get done quickly. Unlike other UPS store locations I've been to, they don't scoff if, on occasion, I forget to print out a label for a return and just simply advise me to email them at the store and they print it out and label it for me staying pleasant the whole time. As long as I live in Brigham city I will keep going back to this UPS store for all my needs.

  Thank you ups store!! I have been to this ups store on multiple occasions, for copies, binding, and shipping, they are always kind and polite and do their best at helping the customers. I have witnessed costomers being rude and impatient with the employees when they are the ones who don't know how the process works. The employees work with them and explain it multiple times. I think people need to be more kind to people who work in the retail industry!!! Kindness begets kindness!!!
