- JWJessi WestmorelandJun 26, 20261.0I submitted an extended mail forwarding request for 18 months of service. For the past 8 months, I haven’t received any forwarded mail from my old address. When I reached out, I was told they had chatted with the worker and it should be resolved. I sent 3 more emails because my issue was not resolved, I still wasn’t receiving mail. The cs rep completely stopped responding. I had to call in again and speak with another cs rep who then told me the original person I was emailing with didn’t have jurisdiction to correct my issue. I requested a partial refund given that I hadn’t been receiving the services I paid for 8 months. Mikayla said, “no we can’t refund you, it’s not guaranteed you’ll receive the forwarding”. Why would I pay for it if there is only a 50/50 chance it’ll work at all? I asked how I could try and recover old mail, zero resolution offered. Complete waste of my time and $50. 3 support tickets submitted just to get dismissed over and over again. Even though I provided tracking numbers for mail that had not been forwarded.
- ADAmanda DaviesJun 20, 20261.0Terrible service for appointments. Saturday passport applications are only by appointment after the hours of 10AM. I made my appointment in advance, waited 20 minutes as the mail line moved continuously. I was asked several times by the same employee if I had mail, and I clearly answered that I had an appointment for a passport. One woman in line before me had already left with her young child as her appointment was missed by the postal office completely. I was assisted by Tracy, who immediately snapped at me saying it wasn't her fault the appointment time wasn't honored. I had to speak with her supervisor. The entire experience was a nightmare, especially considering the entire reason I had to go to tje post office in person for a first time passport instead of a renewal, is solely because another business entity didn't honor THEIR appointment time. I paid another $35 to be treated like trash when the costs have already risen astronomically.
